Enjoy a three-hour fall color train ride through Northeast Indiana and into Southeast Michigan on the diesel-powered Autumn Limited. Trains depart Pleasant Lake, Indiana for Reading, Michigan on October 25th, 26th, and October 27th.
The three-hour roundtrips depart at 9:30 AM Saturday and Sunday and 2:30 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Trains feature coach, first class, and open-window coaches, as well as a private Pullman car that small groups or families can reserve, and an open-air souvenir car located midtrain. A limited number of ADA seats are available in Deluxe Coach No. 142 and 148, and a portable wheelchair lift is available at most boarding sites. We cannot guarantee accessibility on any other passenger cars used on excursions, as they feature steep steps, narrow hallways, and doorways, as well as small restrooms which can present challenges for guests with limited mobility.
